Do you shoot outside of Calgary?
Absolutely. We've shot weddings and events all over the world including Victoria, Mexico, Hawaii, and Japan.
What are the additional charges for destination weddings?
We will shoot in Canmore and Banff at an additional charge of $1.50/KM. Further destination weddings require a consultation.
What kind of gear do you use?
We shoot exclusively with Sony gear for consistency in color and style.
What is your style of shooting?
Outside of your bridal party portraits and morning prep, our teams are very conscious about allowing your day to flow organically. This means we try our best to allow you to enjoy the little moments by directing you only when necessary.
Do we have to feed you?
Only for dinner. Although we won't turn down offers for food throughout the day!
At your reception it's generally expected that your photo+video team is fed at the same time as the bride and groom. You most likely don't care for photos or video of you stuffing your face in after an exhausting day, so it's best that we put our cameras down at that time in order to make sure we're up and about ready to capture everything else.
Do you offer a combined package deal for photo+video?
Yes! We offer discounted rates if you book us for two or more of our services. This is something we can chat about in person or over the phone.
How do we book you and what's the next step?
Press the 'Get in Touch' button to shoot us a message with your wedding date so we can first see if we have a team available.
After that, we'll set up a quick coffee meet and greet or skype/whatsapp video call in order to get to know each other a little bit.
How much is the deposit and when is the rest of the payment due?
The deposit is 25% of the total cost. The remaining bill can be paid no later than the wedding day itself.
How can we pay you?
We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer or credit card. If paying by credit card, there is an additional 3% service charge added to the total bill.
Can I choose the music?
Due to music licensing laws, we don't have access to the types of artists you'll hear on the radio like Bruno Mars or Maroon 5. The cost of your wedding package already includes the licensing fees associated with your finished product. For this reason, our clients leave the creative choices in regards to music with us. What you can offer input on is style of music you'd like such as something more elegant and classy, or more fun and upbeat.
Do you shoot multi-day weddings?
Yes! Let us know your wedding details and we'll send you over our pricing guide for your multi-day wedding.
What's your delivery time?
No later than 6 months. We know this is a long wait, and that's why we now include sneak peaks for both our photo and video packages. You'll have a small set of photos or a 25-45 second sneak peak video within a week of your wedding in order to ease the suffering of waiting.
That said, although our contract says 6 months, we'll usually be finished within 3 months, just no promises!
Do you offer same day edits?
Yes! We offer same day and next day edits. Please inquire with us for pricing or to see some of our samples.
